🌟 Meet Team Bright

We’re Kellie and Tabbi — a queer couple, co-founders, and the glow behind BrightLife Virtual.
After years of raising kids, managing households, launching creative projects, and running organizations, we realized something: brilliant people are doing incredible things… and drowning in the details. That’s where we come in.
We started BrightLife Virtual to support values-driven entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and small business owners who need trusted, thoughtful support. Whether it’s untangling your inbox, streamlining your systems, or keeping your schedule (and your sanity) intact — we’ve got you.
Kellie brings the grounding force. With a degree in Communications and a focus in Social Justice, she’s an organizational powerhouse who blends clarity, care, and intention into every detail. Her work is rooted in equity and advocacy — and she knows how to build systems that support both people and purpose. She’s a strategist at heart, but also wildly creative, weaving compassion and structure into everything we do.
Tabbi brings the spark that turns ideas into reality. With a strong background in photography, design, and digital creation, she’s highly technical with a vibrant creative vision. She has a gift for encouraging the people around her — always seeing what’s possible, even in messy beginnings — and crafting it into something real, workable, and beautiful. Whether she’s troubleshooting a tech stack or designing a brand presence, she infuses every project with color, care, and creative brilliance.
We show up with integrity, and consistency, to offer steady support, joyful systems, and the kind of behind-the-scenes magic that lets you grow with ease and authenticity.
We make a killer team both in business and in life. BrightLife is more than a brand — it’s the way we move through the world.
🌟 Kellie (she/her)
Co-Founder · Operations & Systems Strategist
Kellie brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in leadership, organization-building, and community care. After homeschooling her children for 17 years, she went on to earn her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Social Justice, focusing on LGBTQ+ issues and equity in systems. Her academic foundation, paired with real-life management experience, gives her a uniquely people-first approach to backend operations.
Before launching BrightLife Virtual, Kellie founded and ran a successful homeschool co-op, serving as Organizer and Operations Manager for over five years. There, she coordinated complex scheduling, managed volunteer teams, facilitated logistics, cultivated an affirming learning space for families of all backgrounds, and built community. She also served as a Customer Experience Manager at Michaels, where she trained teams and oversaw customer-facing operations with clarity and care.
Kellie specializes in administrative systems, digital organization, onboarding flows, email management, and calendar management. Her greatest strength is bringing calm to chaos — untangling messy workflows and transforming them into streamlined, sustainable systems. She’s a builder of clarity, a communicator at heart, and an unapologetic systems nerd.
Whether you’re launching something new or just trying to breathe again, Kellie is here to help you clear space, refocus your energy, and make your business run smoother — with heart, strategy, and a whole lot of follow-through.
🌟 TabbiAnne (she/her)

TabbiAnne is a multi-passionate creative with a deep technical skillset and a gift for turning big visions into working realities. With a background in photography, merchandising, and visual design, she brings over a decade of experience creating beautiful, functional systems that are both user-friendly and brand-aligned.
Before co-founding BrightLife Virtual, TabbiAnne built and ran a portrait photography business, developed product displays in major retail environments, and homeschooled her children — experiences that taught her how to manage projects, time, and people with adaptability and grace. She’s currently studying Business Management with a nonprofit focus, further deepening her understanding of both organizational structure and mission-driven strategy.
TabbiAnne excels at visual branding, website edits, digital design, technical integrations, and streamlining workflows with a strong creative eye.
